Shirin is one of Redemption Road K9’s full-time managers. With her background in accounting, finance and business consulting for some of the world’s most high-profile Fortune 500 companies, she handles many of RRK9’s back-end operations, including but not limited to: the acquisition of top-pedigree canines, documenting and cataloging each science-based training study run on behalf of RRK9, project management, budgeting, invoicing, resource, management and allocation, scheduling, strategic partnership development, client relationship management and go-to-market strategies.

Shirin is also the president of the Los Angeles PSA Research Group (LA PSA), whose primary purpose is to represent interested individuals and exhibitors in Los Angeles, CA, and the surrounding area in (1) providing an outlet for scientific exploration and experimentation in the fields of cognitive canine learning theory and dog training, (2) civilian competition in canine obedience and controlled protection and (3) to recognize achievements in these areas with titles and prizes, and (4) to promote competition with trials and championship tournaments.
